So here i am.Although we do not provide drivers for our controllers, there are resources for you to download the drivers elsewhere. The guy from Logitech said that this seems to be a Windows related problem. When i use the connectionĪpplication from Logitech it says the gamepad is connected, but the Led from the controler is blinking (it means it's disconnected) and of course I can't use it in any game. As soon as i plug the nano receiver in the usb, it gets connectedĪs Ruble Pad 2 (this somethimes happens Logitech F710 Gamepad), and then 2 seconds later it gets disconnected, and it reconnects as F710 but with an exclamation mark (it says it's missing the drivers, even if the drivers are installed).

My windows 8 is relatively freshly installed (about 2 moths old). Something from the latest updates of windows I believe. I even went to my friends house to try it and it works flawlessly (also windows 7 圆4).Īs far as i could tell there is something interfering with the drivers. On a different partition a windows 7 圆4, and the gamepad work fine there, in any usb port. I tried everything: I reinstalled the drivers, I used their connection application (they have one if the gamepad doesn't connect on it's own), I changed the usb ports, i tried using only windows drivers on their own. I tried to talk to Logitech support but they don't know From 15 October 2013 I haven't played with the gamepad, but I did all the updates to my Windows 8 圆4. I have a Logitech F710 Gamepad, and it worked fine till now. I have the same problem about my gamepad just that i'm using windows 8. Hope this answers your question, and I apologise if it does not.

Choose the appropriate, most up to date driver from the list, which I suspect would be "Xbox 360 for Windows Version. Towards the bottom of the list which appears you'll want to select "Xbox 360 Peripherals" or "Microsoft Gaming Peripherals" it could have installed as either, but the icon resembles a Xbox Controller > Select Next.ħ. At the next screen you want to select the lower option "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer."Ħ. Now you should be at a screen which reads "How do you want to search for driver software?", select "Browse my computer for driver software."ĥ.

It should be identified somewhere on the Device Manager screen as an Unknown Device, find it and Right Click > Update Driver Software.Ĥ. Next go to your Desktop, Select Folders, Right Click Computer > Select Properties > Select Device Manager > Yes.ģ. Download the Windows 7 64Bit Version of the Gaming Driver. Not sure if your question has been answered or if you've found your solution elsewhere, but I was able to get my 360 remote to work by following these steps.ġ.
